Terms
The Locker is a small, private, invite-only tool. By using it you agree to these terms. Last updated November 2, 2026.
In short: it’s provided as-is, keep your own backups, and you’re responsible for what you upload and share.
Using The Locker
- The Locker is run by Elijah Woods for himself and people he invites. Access is by invitation and can be removed at any time.
- Your files live in your own Google Drive and stay yours. Google’s own terms apply to your Google account and Drive.
- Keep your sign-in safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
What you upload and share
- Only upload and share things you have the right to.
- You decide who gets your share links, upload links and team folders, and you’re responsible for what you share through them and what you let others send you.
- Don’t use The Locker for anything illegal, harmful, or to get around its security.
No guarantees
- The Locker is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable at times, change, or stop.
- Keep your own backups of anything important. Files are stored in Google Drive, but mistakes, outages and deletions can happen.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, Elijah Woods isn’t liable for any loss or damage from using The Locker, including lost files, lost data or downtime.
Ending
- You can stop using The Locker at any time: Disconnect Google Drive from the account menu. Your files stay in your Google Drive.
- Access may be ended for anyone who misuses it, or if The Locker shuts down. If it shuts down, your files stay in your Google Drive.
